With an estimated 75-85% of Americans experiencing back or neck pain in their lifetime, spinal disorders are very commonly evaluated and assessed. Each patient will be thoroughly evaluated, and an individualized treatment plan will be made. Patients not requiring surgery will undergo conservative measures such as physical therapy/exercise, medication management, and injections. This is usually done in collaboration with other specialties.

For patients needing surgery, a wide range of treatment options are available. From minimally invasive to more extensive surgery, the best treatment plan will be decided alongside the patient. Favor will be given to the least invasive option possible through minimally invasive techniques. Robotic spine surgery may be employed in select patients as well.
